10.15 to 11.45 am Saturday
14th November, 28th November, 5th December, and 12th December.
Wear comfortable clothing for moving, a yoga mat if you have one; though I
have some yoga mats, you may want your own, and a rug. We will finish each class with a hot chocolate, so please bring your takeaway cup.
