Make a Memory Quilt

The workshop will teach you how to design and make a small memory quilt, using a flip and sew technique, or make a start on a larger one. This is perfect for anyone wanting to create a quilt out of baby clothes or items of a loved one who has passed away. Quilts are a wonderful way to celebrate those you love and feel close to them!

What will I need?

You will need some clothing or fabric items that you can cut up, stretchy ones are more tricky to sew, so if you are a novice I would recommend woven garments, such as shirts, etc.

You will also need an old sheet or duvet cover to back and join the patches, so it needs to match, blend or contrast with your fabrics.(Try charity shops)
