Ferret @ Minerva
17 February 2012
Ferret has won numerous awards, both in the UK and USA over the past few years. She is a highly skilled longarm quilter, and is well-known for her heavily quilted appliqued pictorial works.
Previously a rocket scientist, with degrees in physics and astrophysics, Ferret is now a professional quilter. She has a packed schedule, quilting for customers as well as teaching and speaking to quilt groups around the country.
Both the workshop and talk were packed to capacity as local quilters listened to Ferret's unique take on patchwork and quilting.
