Gift Aid allows the Quilt Association to reclaim about 28p from the Inland Revenue for every £1 donation by a taxpayer. The reclaim applies whatever rate of tax you pay. You can help us by giving us permission to reclaim the tax on any donations you make and any future donations. We can also reclaim the tax on any donations you have made in the last 6 years. All you need to do is read and complete the Gift Aid declaration.
Once you have done this you never need complete another declaration, although we do need to know if you move house or cease paying tax.
Gift Aid applies to donations made to any registered charity - you just need to inform the charity of your intentions.
